  5. Leave it for over marination in room temperature. The next day, pour oil in big pot and put the whole raan in it. Cover it and cook on medium flame for 1.5 hrs.
  6. In the middle, turn it to other side. Poke with knife or fork and check the tenderness. If it is cook transfer it into baking tray. Spread leftover Masala mixture on it and put it in preheated oven at 200 C. In the meanwhile, take the same pot, in the same oil put potatoes and cover it for a while. Once it’s soft add carrots and peas. Fry it for a while on high flame and transfer it into same baking tray.
  7. Bake it for more 15-20 mins. Then serve with mandi style rice, tomato chutney, salad and raita. My whole family enjoys it a lot.
