  11. 1 inch piece of ginger

  14. 2 medium onions finely sliced
  15. 1 teaspoon vinegar with 1/2 teaspoon tomato purée
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions to make to make Indian Chicken Thali

  1. Rub the chicken with turmeric and salt-set aside
  2. Dry roast desiccated coconut and your golden brown
  3. In a blender next chili, garlic, ginger, ground spices, coriander leaves and coconut to form a paste
  4. Fry the onions then add the paste, continue frying your oil separates.
  5. Add the chicken and keep moving to all the pieces are completely coated
  6. Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 40 minutes
  7. Add a little hot water when chicken is almost done
  8. Add the pepper and vinegar mixed mixture
