For best results, cook the roast on a charcoal grill, with medium heat, on top of a sheet of aluminum foil for 40 minutes or an internal temperature of 165 is reached. The roast can also be cooked on a gas grill or in a 350°F oven. Let the roast rest for five minutes before slicing.
